Fundación Alumnos (2009-2018) was a non-profit, non-government organization that through several curatorial, editorial and educational programs seemed to regenerate appreciation and practice of contemporary art, by engaging diverse audiences.
The phrase on the enamel painting is originally addressed to street vendors, who are forbidden to set up by tying the ropes of the tents to the church. In this recontextualization, the piece alludes to interpersonal relations in the art world.
